Order Form For : OC/LOS ANGELES, SAN DIEGO

No payment is required to submit an order. Please go through all the steps to place your order. Once we receive your order, we will create a sample and email that to you. You can reply back to the sample email with any changes needed. No payment information is collected until you approve your sample. WE DO NOT SELL OR SHARE YOUR DATA. So relax and place your order for FREE! If you are in a hurry, you can email your files along with order instructions to info@printheadshots.com or printheadshots@gmail.com California Residents are subject to 7.75% Sales Tax. We may not be able to guarantee a specific delivery date. We will advise immediately if we feel we cannot after receiving the order.

Photo Paper Type (Currently Only Luster/Matte available)*
- Luster/Matte
Standard for the industry are Luster/Matte prints. Luster prints do not show fingerprints like glossy prints. Agents and casting directors prefer the look of a luster finish. We will email proofs first before payment is made. Our paper does have a light watermark on the back that says "Fuji paper"

Only one image can be used for the packages. If ordering multiple Orders on one order form, you can upload all your files on the same order form. We will send an updated payment link once the proofs are approved. The total will NOT reflect more than one order. Please specify any different layouts, etc. on Step 3. We will email proofs first before payment is made.
Do you want resume printing on separate 8 x 10 paper? Black and white/TEXT only. No thumbnail images on the resumes please.
Resume printing on 8 x 10 high quality classic linen paper. BLACK AND WHITE TEXT ONLY. Need PDF file only. Resume must be fully created. Not printing directly on the back of the headshots. You will need to attach the resumes yourself to the headshot. Industry standard is to attach resumes to the headshots and not to print directly on the back of headshots. You can upload Resume PDF with your headshot on the upload page at the same time.
Resume Paper Only (8 x 10 size) No Printing
Nice Classic Linen Texture resume paper. Pre-Cut to 8 x 10 in size. Can run on any printer so you can print your resumes yourself.

White Borders are standard for the industry preferred by agents and casting directors. If you would like different layouts for different images, you can specify those instructions on Step 6.

Name placement
Standard for the industry is lower right, preferred by agents and casting directors. The upper left and upper right name placement options are for those layouts without a border if you feel the name shows up better against the background rather than having the name on the bottom.
Choose key line color around image
- Black Line
- White Line
- No Line
This is the thin line around your image (Not the border color of the headshot). No key lines on Full Bleeds. White is preferred when using black borders and black is preferred when using white borders.
Add photog and or Agency credit or Union credits on the headshot?
Normally you do not print agent information on your headshots UNLESS your agent specifically told you to do so. Normally you do not put photog credits on your headshots UNLESS required by the photographer.

Retouching Services

Retouching is Free! Due to new trends/standards in the industry, we are limiting retouching. Casting directors much prefer a natural look.

We will do our best with your requests and email back proofs. We always require approval before any printing is done. If you do not like the retouching that was done, you can reply back to the proofs with changes. Since we do provide the retouching for free, we are limited to the extent of retouching we can do.
Would you like to purchase a high resolution E-File of your headshot layout?
After you approve your FREE online proofs, you can purchase a high resolution E-File along with your prints. We can email you the final headshot layout with any retouching you may have requested. Great for online submissions to IMBD, ACTORSACCESS, Agents etc. By purchasing an E-File, you can own the layouts to use however you want. Price only applies with the purchase of your prints. The FREE proofs we send have a "DO NOT COPY" watermark on them, so you cannot use them for submissions. $5 per file. E files are sent after the prints are received in the mail.
